Time Flies

And we now move in May and it’s time for Port Mac. Hard to believe but we say that every year. Time flies.

Time flies. Remember that when you are racing your next race. Bad movies seem to drag on forever and great movies go through to the end in the blink of an eye. If time is flying by it’s a good sign. Make sure you are enjoying the process of racing and competing. Be where your feet hit the ground.

Race Results

First shoutout this week goes to Paul Humphreys. I left him off our list last week in all the excitement of The Gong. Humps drove down to Beechworth and cranked out a 115km gravel ride like a beast. Great work mate !

Harry Wiles headed over to Challenge Taiwan for his first shot at Asian racing and performed really well. He picked up a 7th place and learnt a lot. Two athletes were sent off course in this race but a lot of athletes refused the offer to make a wrong turn. They knew the course !!!

Paul Linton did a mid-week race this week called the 4 Pools Challenge. It was a 15km run from Manly to dee Why return stopping off at each ocean pool for a swim. Paul came second in a race full of local legends.

Port Mac Team List

A strong (of course - we are HPT) group of athletes head up to Port this weekend for Ironman and the 70.3. Here is your team list for the tracker.
