Support : Through provision of an individualised training program and regular discussion around progress and development. Unlimited communication. Race support. Training Sessions

*We reserve the right to add races that might be of interest to the coaches and remove race attendance if numbers run too low.
Training Sessions:
We coach face to face at our Sutherland Shire Base.
Fees include attendance at all sessions. (Pool entry extra)
Monday and Wednesday 6pm : Swim Squad - Sutherland Leisure Centre
Tuesday 6pm : Run - Various Locations
Thursday 6pm : Track Run - Barden Ridge Athletics Track
Training Program :
Coaching includes an individualised program suited to your life, goals, strengths and weaknesses.
The program is delivered via Training Peaks each Friday.
All sessions are analysed and those that have post-activity comments will be answered.
Unlimited communication via message or phone call. (Limited to Monday - Saturday 8am-6pm) . Sunday messaging as needed when an athlete is racing.
