Training Camps:
High Performance Tri offers bespoke training camps and clinics for small groups only (groups of 10-12).
Our preferred method of delivery is to cater to a group of athletes of similar abilities and experience with similar goals so as to be able to deliver specific training and education to the athlete’s needs, thus avoiding sessions with large groups catering to the middle of the pack.

A Typical Camp Schedule
Day 1 :
Travel and check in
10km bike TT up to Charlotte Pass / easy roll back 10km
Day 2 :
80-100km ride
Easy trails run ~5-8km
Day 3 :
Easy 30-40km ride
Run to the Summit (19km)
Day 4 :
30km easy ride to Jindy / 2km Open water swim / 30km ride home
Intervals Run at Perisher
Day 5 :
Easy 6km run (early)
Drive home
