Structured Training (Weekly)

Your program is designed specifically for you and delivered through TrainingPeaks, so you always know what to do and why you’re doing it.

Athlete-Led Communication + Session Feedback (Daily)

You tell us how sessions actually feel and how life is impacting training. We review key sessions, respond with targeted feedback, and adjust when needed. It’s collaborative - not one-way. You’re an active part of the process.

Field Tests (Quarterly)

Every few months we use short, focused max-effort tests. No lab visits. No disruption to training. Just clean data that allows us to adjust your training in an informed way.

Your Personal Performance Profile Report : (Quarterly)

Using the Training Dose : Response Model we build you a clear picture of your previous 13 weeks of training and the results of your field tests
