Geez… just when you think you have a quiet weekend on the cards, the place lights up!

Erica and Zane Galea made a last minute call to race Breeny’s Shire Aquathlon on Saturday and both came away with some bling ! In fact, Zane won the Aquathlon overall in an excellent performance and Erica raced the run leg of a team and came second.

Nicky Western had a busy weekend on of racing with the Port Stephens Half Marathon on Saturday and a Club Race on Sunday. Nicky had a cracker of a run in the half, winning her AG in 1:37. Then backed up the next day and raced the clubbie and headed off for a 3 hour AAA training ride.

Matt Bonny snuck up to the QTS Tri Series race in Robina and raced well in 1:22 to gather qualifying points for next year’s Worlds campaign

Last but not least we had a solid crew racing crits on Friday night at Sutho with Erica Galea 2nd, Jarrod Crump 1st, Zane Galea and Josh Landsberry all racing well.
