Batemans Bay Triathlon :
Nice little team of 3 legends racing. An awesome return to racing for Kate Allison after facing huge health challenges this year. Kate raced the Super Sprint and went 43:57. Chris Visvis got his revenge after a rough last race by PB’ing in 2:08 (Standard) as a result of a very well prepared for and executed race. Paul Humphreys swam and biked the house down and held on in the run for 2:45.
Post-Race Reviews :
Post-race reviews are conducted once the emotional and physical load of racing has settled. Leave it about a week and pop a small race report in Training Peaks so we can discuss.
The focus should be on extracting learning, identifying strengths, and noting areas for improvement without excessive judgement. Reviews are objective and forward-looking, helping guide future training and racing decisions.
