Harry Wiles gets the “W” in Worthsee

15 days. 3 races. 4th place, 8th place and then yesterday 1st place. A well earned win. You don’t go across the world to stuff around. You get over there, race hard, train hard and get the most amount out of it possible. It doesnt come easy but. You adapt every single day to balance developing load but also getting to a race with legs that don’t resemble spaghetti. A nice simple race plan to attack hard saw Harry do exactly that. He blew the doors off the race early and didn’t let them have a sniff for great victory and one back on some guys that got him in the previous races.

Hyrox

Apparently it’s the new run club. Whatever it is I know it’s very hard but a lot of fun. Congrats to Michael Ciantar and late call up sub Dan Inglese for a job well done.

Triathlon is on a flier !

This week we have the Olympic Triathlons. Hopefully on Tuesday and Wednesday unless the water quality forces Plan B of an August 2 date. Can’t wait! We also saw what I believe was the best T100 race yet. Location, course setup, commentary, field …. basically everything. Can’t wait to see T100 come to Australia.

Coach is away for a week running a course

I will be away in Thailand running a Coaching course from August 1 to 7. I will be available for messages etc and feedback and programs progress as normal.

Also on that topic I will be in Townsville on Race Support duties at World Champs for a week in late August. Same deal applies with full availability.
