Sutho to Surf

That was another huge race ! Lots of athletes. Lots of speed. Lots of PB’s. This race is one that is difficult to put in a box but being local it has a great vibe. It brought plenty of great performances too. Harry 9th and Jonah 13th put our team on the stage but also many great performances across the whole team. Also great to see a few of the families out there racing too.

Tuesday Night Sessions

With the depths of winter now upon us I will put the Tuesday night runs on hold for a while and once things get a bit more suitable to running the streets and trails we can fire up again.

Wednesday - Swim 6pm

Thursday - Track 6pm

Monday Training Tip

The Fox Sports team spoke to a couple of Penrith Panthers on the weekend and asked them what they thought contributed to their poor start to the year. The answer was simple. They reflected on their intensity at training and how well they executed their sessions. They had become complacent and vowed to hold higher standards for themselves. A small step up in execution brought the results !

They could have blamed a number of things like their changed roster or the draw, but they took ownership over their own standards and the result has been a winning streak that sets them up for success over the finals period.
