Athlete-Led Communication + Session Feedback (Daily)

You tell us how sessions actually feel and how life is impacting training. We review key workouts, respond with targeted feedback, and adjust when needed. It’s collaborative - not one-way. You’re an active part of the process.

Field Tests (Quarterly)

Every few months we use short, focused max-effort tests. No lab visits. No disruption to training. Just clean data that shows how you’re actually progressing.

Your Personal Performance Profile Report : (Quarterly)

Using the Training Dose : Response Model we build you a clear picture of your previous 13 weeks of training and the results of your field tests

Race File Analysis

We don’t just look at numbers in isolation. We analyse your race files to see how your fitness and race craft expresses itself under pressure.

Optional Deep Dive : INSCYD Metabolic Testing

If we need a more granular view, we can use the world-renowned INSCYD metabolic testing to understand your physiology at a much deeper level including fuel usage, thresholds, and performance limiters.

We are building an evolving performance profile of you as an athlete. Whilst referencing the training dose you used we want to know how you produce speed or power, how you fatigue, where you gain time, and where time is being left on the table.
