Working with a coach is a unique opportunity on your athletic journey. It’s a time where you are seeking support to take you to another level. Be it from development to pro, or from beginner to competitive in your category.
My coaching works on three principles.
Understanding : Your goals, your sporting experience, your life.
Strategy : Creating a clearly defined individual road map to success.
Support : Through provision of an individualised training program and regular discussion around progress and development. Unlimited communication. Race support. Training Sessions

Race support : This a big deal at HPT and you will find us at as many races as we can get to.
Training Sessions: We coach face to face at our Sutherland Shire Base. Fees include attendance at sessions. Pool entry is extra.
Monday and Wednesday 6pm : Swim Squad - Sutherland Leisure Centre
Tuesday 6pm : Strength Run Session - Various Locations
Thursday 6pm : Run Track - Barden Ridge

What the “Next Steps” Process Looks Like :
Once the decision is made to commence coaching, a thorough onboarding process will take place. At this stage you will be taken through a series of questions to understand where you are at and where you wish to go.
Initial Assessment : Life demands, sporting history, illness / injury history, current nutrition, any test or race results
Targets and Goals : Short term and long term process and outcome goals
Athlete Needs : SWOT analysis of the demands of competition and gap analysis
Planning & Periodisation : Setting a long term goal and planning towards it
Monitoring : Objective and subjective data, continuous testing and benchmarking
Admin : Training Peaks links, Training Zones setup
