HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE
As per last week’s email could all athletes head to the following link and fill out their current athlete profile. It’s important that we have all current health information and contact details on file and easily accessible.
PLEASE head over there now and get this done ! It only takes a few minutes.
TRAINING PEAKS MESSAGING
As you may or may not know Training Peaks now has a built in messaging service. Moving forward this will be our preferred method of contact for Coach communication. It has however been a little “buggy” and their engineers are working on that for me. I see all messages on the web app but not all messages come through to my phone app. This will make some replies a little slow. If anything is urgent, please message me by phone, WhatsApp, or FB message while they work on the bug.
CORRECTION
Last week I suggested considering using Armaforce if viral infections were a problem. Turns out that there have been warnings issued regarding allergic reactions and changes to suggested dosages for this product. As a result I suggest that as always, athletes should make themselves aware of current advice for supplements & medications no matter the type.
GEAR FOR SALE ?
I am always getting requests from athletes that may either be selling some of their old gear or looking for a trainer, a Garmin or even a roadie. Please let me know if you have any gear you want to buy or sell and I can get it out to the email list.
