Congratulations this week to Keiley Mead who nailed her first marathon yesterday at the Sydney Marathon. Keiley went 3:37 and held a really strong pace all day. She dug deep when it mattered and showed a real endurance affinity. A little rest to get her knee right and it will be on for a big tri season ahead.
Training
The warmer weather has ignited things a little in the team and it’s showing. Everyone has pretty much set a course for their racing schedules and I am able to start developing programs a bit more ahead now which will be great as you. will be able to see how i’ll be progressing you. Remember its all systems go to get to Christmas fitter than you have ever been. Short break at Christmas and then its on again.
HPT x Wyn Republic Team Kit
The HPT Team Kit store is now open !! We now have a new run shirt in the cycling kit design so we can spot you at races with the distinctive blue and pink colours.
For those that are asking, casual gear is coming in a couple of weeks.
